Responsibilities:

A、Develop Medium- and Long-Term Strategic Plan

•  Research and grasp the macro-environment of politics, economy and so on, and follow up the development of the industry.

• Assist president to lead the design and formulation of business philosophy, VISION and business scope in alignment with global strategy.

•  Establishment of medium-term, long-term and annual business plans of the company.

•  Participate in the design and development of corporate management, execution and decision-making structures.

• Lead the design and formulation of basic business guidelines.

 

B、Coordinate strategy execution

• According to the company's strategic plan, formulate action plan for Astella Greater China and supervise its implementation.

• Discovery of company-level topics, analysis and design of Solutions/Projects

• Supervise and manage the implementation of corporate and departmental strategies and assess the performance of companies and departments

• According to the company's product mix strategy, planning, promoting product cooperation strategy and plan, product outsourcing and introduction strategy/plan

• Actively and effectively interact with global teams to present strategies and win resources and support,

• Coordination, management and promotion of inter-departmental business within the company

• Lead the delivery of Enterprise-level Strategic Initiatives.

 

C、Supervise strategy execution

• Design and promotion of Corporate Evaluation Indicators.

• Design the KPI of department performance evaluation.

• The production of company-level management control data (authority differentiation, etc.), the design and management of SOP, and support of department SOP design.

 

D、People Development and team Management

• To analyze the workload of various functional posts, equip appropriate personnel, manage and control the establishment of departments.

• Understand the expectations and willingness of employee career development & training and retaining excellent talent.

• Planning, analysis, management and control of the budget of the department and its subordinate function.

 

 

Qualifications:

Education

MBA/Medical Professional Background Preferred.

Skills

Fluent English, including listening, speaking, reading and writing. 

Working experience

More than 5 years of working experience in global consulting companies. Strategic planning experience of multinational pharmaceutical companies is plus. 

Capabilities

Strategic thinking /Cross-cultural communication and cooperation/Proactively lead change/Excellent planning and coordination skills.
