Responsibilities:

1Multi-Channel & Key Account management strategy planning and execution

  Develop Multi-Channel & Key Account management strategy with taking external and internal environment into consideration and alignment with company's overall strategy.

 Supervise and manage the implementation of strategies and assess the performance of team.

2Key Account Management

•  Develop hospital listing and access maintenance strategy in national & region level with taking external and internal environment into consideration and alignment with company's overall strategy, sales & marketing plan.

•  Develop coverage national wide for existed products and listing strategy for new products with alignment with brand strategy.

•  Key accounts management in each sales area to ensure the safe operation of company products in target hospitals.

3Channel Management

•  Establish and maintain the company's supply chain management system and credit management system to ensure smooth capital flow, information flow and logistics, and avoid operational risks.

•  Develop product supply and marketing / supply management strategy and overall plan for new product introduction.

• Responsible for establishment and maintenance the product distribution channel management system, ensuring the supply of catalog hospitals and linked pharmacies, and promoting the maximization of product value.

  Responsible for establishment and maintenance the dealer inventory management system and credit management system, ensuring the timely return of the company's payment, and ensuring the safety of funds.

  Actively communicate with all departments and provide full support for product production, sales, bidding, import customs clearance, quality issues, risk management and other related activities.

  Establish and strengthen relationships with distributors and identify their support and collaboration in local commercial.

4Digital Transformation

• Develop and execute company level mid-long term digital strategy and implementation plan. 

• Work closely with the company's global digital department to provide feasible and effective solutions for global digital initiatives in China and maximize business value.

5Division/Department Budget Management

• Planning, analysis, management, and control of the budget of the Division and its subordinate departments.

6Cooperation with cross functions

  Regularly/timely communication with related departments, align and adopt the changes of the company's strategy and market brand plan.

  Maximize to integrate and leverage internal resources and networks.

7Team management and capability development

  To analyze the workload of various functional posts, equip appropriate personnel, manage, and control the establishment of departments. 

  Understand the expectations and willingness of employee career development & training and retaining excellent talents.

  Provide coaching and directions for all subordinates to provide related capability improvement and professional knowledge.

 

Qualifications

1Education

  Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in business management, medical or pharmacy related area.

2Knowledge & Skills

•  Have good decision-making, team management, talent training and other leadership skills.

•  Proficient in medical, pharmaceutical, or health-related expertise in the company's existing product field.

•  Proficient in management policies and working mechanisms related to product access in the pharmaceutical industry.

•  Strong customer planning and management skills.

•  Excellent communication and coordination ability and complex affairs handling ability.

•  Advanced knowledge of health economic and outcomes research methodology and principles are beneficial.

3Experience

•  10+ years of working experience in sales, key account management and channel management. 

•  Experience/know-how in multi-products hospital listing, especially oncology field.

•  Team management experience with more than 30 subordinates.
